The Coswell Group combines economic growth and social responsibility, creating value not only for the company but also for the community. Innovation and people are at the heart of sustainable development, capable of generating quality and progress.
For Coswell, doing business means actively contributing to the context in which it operates, returning value through relationships, ideas and resources. The company grows in continuous dialogue with the territory, promoting a positive exchange between economic, social and environmental dimensions.
This commitment translates into concrete actions of Social Responsibility and solid and lasting relationships with all stakeholders. To confirm this approach, the Group has obtained the legality rating with the highest score ("three stars"), guaranteeing ethics, transparency and fairness in business management.
In February 2024, Coswell Group adopted the new version of the Code of Ethics as an integral component of the Organization, Management and Control Model, which incorporates and updates the previous release of 2017 and 2022.
The Code of Ethics sets out the ethical principles to which the Group complies in its relations with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, human resources, collaborators, communities, institutions and the environment. The Code of Ethics therefore intends to express the set of principles and lines of conduct to which the Group's directors, employees and collaborators comply in the context of their respective functions and in all their work activities.
To facilitate the emergence and prevention of potential irregularities or non-compliance with company policies, with a view to promoting a transparent and ethical work environment, the Coswell Group, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has established, in addition to the provisions already provided for in Legislative Decree 231, special channels for reporting hypotheses of violations of regulations that may occur within the company context.
We encourage the timely identification of any areas of risk, with the aim of improving corporate governance in the promotion of a culture based on ethics and legality.

The Legality Rating is a tool introduced in 2012 for Italian companies.

It is aimed at promoting and introducing principles of ethical behavior in the corporate environment through the assignment of a judgment on compliance with legality by companies that have requested it and, more generally, on the degree of attention paid to the correct management of their business.
The rating has a duration of two years and is issued by the AGCM-Italian Competition Authority.
