Who we are

Sustainability as a guiding principle

A community of 547 employees helps Coswell grow every day through their expertise and passion. 90% of our employment contracts are permanent, which demonstrates the Group's commitment to job stability and continuity.
We look to the future by investing in young talent. In 2025, 53% of our new recruits were under 35: an important influx of energy and innovation.

Training and development
Coswell grows alongside its people. In 2025, we provided 3.367 hours of training. Each employee was guaranteed an average of 6,2 training hours. We also run specific programs to support the development of our staff: General Management Advanced Program develops the leadership and strategic management skills of middle managers.
Welcome Training for Beginners is our onboarding program that supports new recruits, facilitates their integration and raises their awareness of Coswell culture.
Partnerships with top business schools also ensure ongoing training and access to best management practices.

Health and well-being

We invest in the daily well-being of our staff through a comprehensive welfare program that ranges from cardiac prevention to nutritional help, and from family aid to the provision of platforms like Wellhub for physical and mental well-being. This is because caring for people also means enhancing their lives outside the workplace.

Commitment to the community

Our commitment to well-being extends beyond company boundaries to engage with the local communities in which we operate.

We believe that taking care of our people also means actively contributing to the local area by creating shared value and long-lasting relationships.

A fair and inclusive work environment

At Coswell, every person can express their potential. Constantly listening to our employees and promoting engagement initiatives, like the EOltre club founded in 2024, allows us to build authentic relationships and create a space for sharing that exists beyond working hours. we are not convinced by this section as it talks a lot about the club but almost nothing about fair and inclusive work. We already talk about the club in other areas of the Coswell website; so here, perhaps I would try to create a section that focuses more on topics like internal surveys and employee proximity

Coswell is particularly committed to supporting projects with a social impact.

In 2017, it launched a partnership with the ANT Italia Onlus (National Cancer Association) Foundation to support its "Melanoma" project by offering preventive medical check-ups to its staff. It also partners with Antoniano to support its job placement project for immigrants seeking asylum for humanitarian reasons, and other humanitarian aid projects.

Salva un Bimbo®

Salva un Bimbo®

Coswell supports SALVAUNBIMBO® (Save a Child) that is part of the Scuole nella Giungla (Schools in the Jungle) project.

The SALVAUNBIMBO® initiative was created to help the Invisible Children of the Karen and Rakhine States in Myanmar, and give them access to school, healthcare, nutrition... and an informed childhood.

The project seeks to remotely protect and care not just for a single child’s life, but that of their "schoolmate" too. This means extending benefits to the entire community in order to ensure lasting changes in the lives of thousands of children. Salva un Bimbo®
