Physiological Solution
Isomax is indicated for nasal, ocular and aerosol therapy cleansing of infants, children and adults.
In children, saline facilitates cleansing of the nose, which is often obstructed by mucus. It promotes the elimination of excess secretions. In adults, due to its humidifying action, it relieves the feeling of dryness in the nose.
ISOMAX physiological saline solution is indicated for humidifying the upper and lower respiratory tract also in aerosol therapy.

Hypertonic Solution 3% in single-dose, preservative-free, nebulization format acts through various mechanisms that facilitate the movement of respiratory tract secretions, improving breathing:
- By breaking the ionic bonds of the mucous gel, thereby reducing the level of viscosity and elasticity
- By absorbing water from the mucosa and sub-mucosa, reducing swelling from the walls of the respiratory tract
- By inducing coughing and sputum, which can help clear mucus from the bronchi
